For a family meeting, first check whether both sides will sit comfortably across one table. For a company dinner, confirm that the party fits within the 5–12-guest room. For a birthday or milestone gathering, allow for the roughly three-hour course and the guests' travel needs.

What reservation time works best?
A private-room meal takes about three hours. Dinner service runs from 17:30 to 22:00, so starting at 17:30 or 18:00 allows the full course to unfold at an unhurried pace. The reservation is confirmed with a deposit equal to 100% of the selected course total.
Cancellations receive a full refund at least two days before and a 50% refund one day before. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. A complimentary celebration lettering plate can be requested in the reservation note by the day before, and outside cakes are permitted.
